To pay for the goods you order in our online shop, you have several options available:
1. Payment via PayPal
During the order process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, log in with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.

If you have chosen PayPal credit card as your payment method, you do not need to be registered with PayPal in order to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction and, after your authentication as the legitimate cardholder, by your credit card company upon request by PayPal, and your card will be charged. Further information will be provided during the order process.
If you have chosen PayPal direct debit as your payment method, you do not need to be registered with PayPal in order to pay the invoice amount. By confirming the payment instruction, you grant PayPal a direct debit mandate. You will be informed by PayPal about the date of the account debit (so-called pre-notification). By submitting the direct debit mandate immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction, PayPal requests its bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out and your account is debited. Further information will be provided during the order process.
If you have chosen PayPal invoice as your payment method, you do not need to be registered with PayPal in order to pay the invoice amount. After a successful address and credit check and completion of the order, we assign our claim to PayPal. In this case, you can only make payment to PayPal with discharging effect. For payment processing via PayPal, the terms and conditions and privacy policy of PayPal apply in addition to our General Terms and Conditions. 2. Payment by credit card
For credit card payments, we work with Sparkassen-Internetkasse. The Sparkassen Financial Group places great importance on ensuring that payment systems comply with both the technical and security requirements of the banking industry and card organisations. Payments are supported with common credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
3. Payment in advance (bank transfer)
If you wish to pay for your order by bank transfer, please transfer the corresponding amount from your account to the account of Believa AG. Please also make sure to include the payment reference. The payment reference corresponds to your order number, which is provided to you when placing your order.
As soon as your bank transfer has been credited, your ordered goods will be shipped.

Shipping your order: Within Germany, we ship your ordered goods via DHL. For deliveries outside Germany, other delivery services may be used. The delivery time is usually 1 to 3 business days.
Your ordered goods will be shipped once payment has been received. Several payment methods are available for you to choose from.
The delivery costs for your goods within Germany are €2.95 for orders up to a value of €20.00. For orders of €20.00 or more, the shipping fee is waived. For deliveries outside Germany, other delivery services may be used and the costs are €9.95.
